Hi !
In the UK today you cannot find any working Airedales...I would be grateful if any English speaking members of your forum could visit my site - Protection K9 UK - and tell our members about the working Airedale in Germany - particularly in the Police & Schutzhund.

You are probably not going to get any information of police dogs in Germany - it's their policy.
I have some dog’s names: Jalomonis Illo, Basko & Darius & Erik v. Erikson and Ilko v.d. Krebsförde.
There are probably more…
The Finish police began breeding with Airedales in 1910, but today we don’t have any Airedales working with the state authorities.
At the moment we are trying to re-establish Airedale as a good working dog especially in IPO/VPG…

Thank you for your reply. Nice to hear about working Airedales. Our Schutzhund trainer is originally from Germany and has told me about the breed.
